Today is Saturday, June 21, 2025. T-minus eight days until my first ever Pride event! Rightfully so, in NYC. I could not be more thankful that Mandy decided to take the time off work to come and celebrate with me; I truly do not know what I would do without that girl.
I have to say, I love the message/theme for this years festivities. I am excited to see all of the different outfits and interpretations.
I actually just ordered my tank that I will be wearing. There were two that I was debating between but eventually decided on one. When it gets here, I will OF COURSE have to try it on and get a picture. Worry not, that will be posted.
Surprise to me, my tank came two days early! (23rd)
What are my expectations?
I fully expect an experience and feeling unlike any other. The energy throughout the festival will be vibrant and full of life. There will be nothing but love being spread to one another. A lot of rainbows. Many smiles. Great music. Probably a lot of twinks in speedos.
